  • Why should I buy from Eclipse and not direct from a manufacturer?

    Many manufacturers just want to be concerned with producing great quality products efficiently and not have the hassle and expense of running a sales force. Therefore their costs are lower and by keeping our margins low as well it allows us to compete effectively against a direct producer. Also many manufacturers are large organisations where you become just another customer who pays the large overheads, with Eclipse it’s personal.

  • What is Eclipse’s USP?

    Our USP is the high level of service and experience you will receive. After nearly four decades in dealing with customers and their packaging needs we are confident that we can provide the highest level of customer care you will ever receive. Testimonials from customers we have dealt with previously can back this up!

  • Will Eclipse conduct site visits?

    Absolutely yes! We believe this Is fundamental in understanding customer needs and ensuring the correct product is specified and supplied. Many times from site visits we can often enhance on the current packaging or offer alternative products that can improve, save time and money!

  • Where are Eclipses products sourced from?

    Mainly from UK producers with whom we form a very close working relationship with. We can also procure from the continent if required, thereby expanding the portfolio of products we can offer that may not be available from a UK source.

  • If Eclipse are not in control of the production how do I know I will get the correct product I want?

    Because we are specialists have a tremendous knowledge gained over many years in specifying the right product for the customer. This is then transferred in detail to the producer whom have said that the specifications and level detail they receive from us are the best in the marketplace.

  • What happens if I get a problem?

    On the rare occasion a problem may occur it will be dealt with quickly and efficiently by us. If we cannot solve it over the phone we will conduct a site visit ASAP no matter where it is. Our objective will be to reach a swift conclusion that is to the satisfaction and agreement of all parties concerned. Our reputation relies on the our effectiveness to the resolution of problems.

  • Can Eclipse arrange a stockholding facility for me?

    Yes we can. Many of our associates realise the importance of JIT deliveries. We can hold stock with them or we have the use of a local large warehousing facility with 5,000 pallet spaces whom are BRC AA+ accredited. We can discuss holding stock on regularly consumed items and can manage that facility for you, taking the stress and worry out of the job.

  • Why should I use Eclipse against other Trade or Wholesalers?

    Because we have the knowledge to ensure you receive the right product to do the job properly. Many intermediaries do not have this, especially those who also offer an on-line shop of thousands of products. From our experience in dealing with these type of companies, in a previous existence, the lack of clarity and information provided was highly surprising.
